The issues we had with no carts at check in and elevators not working, were not on the property owner. Those are issues with the property management team. My only advice would be to fire the property management company and get one that will do their job and not lie to the property owners.

Awesome beach view. 13th floor. Dated property. Pool and parking garage closed for construction. Parking across bust street, unsecured. People smoking weed on balcony below floating up to us.
