Located on the 13th floor, just below the penthouse. 1 private bedroom with king size bed & flat screen TV, 1 bunk bed built-in in hallway, Couch in living room is a queen sleeper for 2. Flat screen TV's in living room & bedroom both with cable TV. Free private Internet service for your use. Umbrella and chairs you can take to the beach. Free access to the pool, hot tub, and exercise room on the third floor. Outdoor BBQ's and picnic area. Book a week and get a 10% discount. WE HAVE A PRIVATE PARKING SPOT IN THE GARAGE. Our host was very responsive in getting information to us, as well as checking on us during our stay. She offered suggestions on restaurants when we asked.The condo was very clean and had all amenities that were needed during our stay. We had a very pleasant and relaxing weekend.

Awesome beach view. 13th floor. Dated property. Pool and parking garage closed for construction. Parking across bust street, unsecured. People smoking weed on balcony below floating up to us.
