Windemere 1406 is privately owned and managed and is a lovely two-bedroom, two bathroom condo located in Perdido Key, Florida boasting spectacular coastline views of both sunrises and sunsets with no other condos to block the view. A new sofa bed in the living room provides an extra sleeping space. Whether you are taking a family beach vacation, going on a spontaneous trip with friends, attending a special event or any occasion between, Windemere 1406 provides a picturesque accommodation for your next trip to Perdido Key.
Upon entering this Penthouse level 14th-floor condo, you will find the guest bedroom on your left, featuring a large HD TV. To the right of the short hallway is the well-equipped kitchen, including all utensils, appliances and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens to the the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room for the whole family. There is also a full size washer/dryer in the condo as well, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The dining table seats 6 guests and there are three additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. The living room features matching furnishings and decor, as well as a new large HD Smart TV and DVD player. Cozy up with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Perdido Key has to offer. The main bedroom is adjacent to the living room and offers its own private master bathroom with large garden tub and shower, with immediate access to private furnished balcony. This unit also comes with a covered parking spot.

We can't say enough about our stay at this property! Leann/Kevin responded quickly to a couple questions that we had. They truly seemed to have thought of everything to make sure our stay was perfect! Of course, it's our opinion, but the furniture was comfortable, the beds were amazing, the lighting and mirrors were perfectly placed. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there were all the appliances and cooking utensils that we needed. Since we were there mostly for R&R, we cooked in most of the time with no problem. The showers were also perfect. It was enjoyable to watch the dolphins and walk on the beach. The only disappointment was that it was already taken for next January!! Highly recommended.

Leann answered any questions and made everything easy. The condo was very cute and charming.. loved the Christmas decorations! The views were breathtaking. We have already booked again for next year! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

Everything needed was provided, the thoughtful care of the hosts evident in very detail. As I stood in the fully furnished kitchen looking through the open living room I could see nothing but the calm Gulf meet blue horizon. Immediately, waves of calm and happiness drew me into the beauty of this spacious condo and the wonder of Nature. The natural and manmade worlds merged nearly seamlessly when lounging on the sofa, or dining on the balcony. Dolphins swimming by were a surprise, and the terns, gulls, pelicans, and little pipers were occasionally comical companions as I strolled the clean, uncluttered beach. After beach time, having a warm shower or deep-tub bath were welcome luxuries using the eco-friendly, soothing toiletries provided. The full-size, state-of-the-art washer and dryer were huge, no doubt capable of all of the laundry a large group would need and gratefully put to thorough use. I went to Perdido Key Beach for my annual spiritual retreat, my 4th visit in 4 Decembers in a Windemere condo, and my first in this home-away-from home made available by Leann and Kevin. Their attention to making themselves and anything I might need available for my comfort and ease of living was evident. THANK YOU!
