The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and the sofa is a sleeper that accommodates 2. It's perfect for a family or group of friends. The living space is tastefully furnished and walks out onto the balcony with a living postcard view. There is a flat screen television to enjoy when you're not sitting on the private balcony. The kitchen, complete with breakfast bar, is fully equipped for dining in, when you're not enjoying one of the popular local restaurants for dinner.

The highlight is the LOCATION! Absolutely perfect beach area and so easy to get to the beach. The unit was fine for a place to sleep but there was a strong odor of cleaning products and definitely needs some updating. Only 2 burners on the stove worked and the pots and pans are clearly very used. Maybe we have a different perspective because our relatives were in another unit in the same building for a similar price per square foot and their unit was recently updated and super nice. I wish we would have been informed we needed to provide our own toilet paper and dish soap as we would have purchased these items at the grocery store on the way there. Really easy check-in and out, and the property managers were really responsive via text. Would we come back to this building? In a heartbeat. Would we choose this unit again? Probably not.

I didn't like getting the door code at the last minute would have loved to print, floor was filthy my brother walked barefooted and his feet were black from walking from the bathroom to the balcony no toiletries except for small soap packets, balcony was filthy, wicker love seat on the balcony broke when my 110lb sis in law sat on itToilet in master bedroom seat needs to be replaced looks horrible looks like it came from a dump
