The public beach is only a few minutes drive to the finest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, garage, and patio deck.

We only stayed one night in this beautiful property to rest up for our 3-night offshore fishing trip. This place was the perfect proximity to our annual haunts (Florabama, good restaurants, and the Orange Beach Marina). Upon walking into this home, we felt that we could have been the first people to stay here, as it was so pristine, new, and clean. The one and only snafu was that the check-out time was listed as 11am, but by 10:25, cleaners had arrived and were knocking on the door to ask when we would be out. However, they were gracious enough to wait while we finished checking out. Excellent property!

Great value for the price. Close to the beach and very clean. The beach cart in the garage was really helpful and a thoughtful addition!

This house is new construction but it’s not what we are accustomed to staying in when we go on vacation. Here are the pros and cons of our experience:
Pros:
Clean
Good communication from manager
Easy check in
Quiet neighborhood
Kitchen adequate
Hand soap and basics provided
Spacious
Cons:
Low end furnishings, and sparse furnishings which affects comfort level
Shoddy construction and workmanship (one example: pantry doorknob fell off when opening)
No hot tub or whirlpool spa as listed
Can hear noise from upstairs/ downstairs
Don’t count on parking your vehicle in the garage pictured as there is a staircase into the house that blocks it partially (so odd) maybe it’s just for golf cart parking?
