10 berth caravan on marine park in Rhyl

Very big and close to main entrance

No seating area outside

It was very cosy and comfortable. The price was affordable and great value for money. The caravan was well equipped with everything we needed.

Nothing – everything was perfect.

Would be better if there was decking and an outdoor table and chairs

The receptionist at the marine park was very nice and helpful, the location of the caravan was also good as its close to stores and other attractions. The host was nice as well as she was willing to attend to some of our complaints and take necessary actions. There was enough cutleries and mugs which was good. The parking area was also very well located and had easy access.

The host probably need to change her cleaning staff as on arrival to the caravan it didn't look like it was cleaned even though the host said it was cleaned that morning when we complained via phone call. There were cobwebs everywhere, the oven was not clean enough for use so we couldn't use it. The wardrobe in the master room was not tidy it had blanket and some broke down vacuum just chucked inside, the vacuum that was left out was not very functional so we had to use brush to sweep during all our stay, There was barely any dishwasher liquid when we arrived and also no toilet papers in the toilets, although the host offered to sort this out but we told her we would take care of it since we would be needing more for the time of stay anyways. No cleaning materials for washing the shower. etc Also we could not locate the iron or hairdryer as stated on the advert. The ironing board was just chucked away which was dusty and dirty couldn't be used. The back of the TV was dirty and dusty with webs and all the appliances were just chucked away under the sink cabinet dirty and not neatly arranged. All in all the maintenance is not very great and I believe the host needs to look into this. We spent most of our time outside exploring the city and simply came back to the caravan for the night so we got away from all this most of the time. I don't have lots of photos cos I made a video instead but I will post some of the screenshot from the video as only pictures can be uploaded.
