Had a great stay in a lovely caravan - will return 😀

The property was clean with very comfortable beds. Towels were provided and also tea, coffee, sugar and milk, which was well beyond what you I normally get from this type of holiday. We booked in very last minute due to a mix up on another holiday park we were supposed to be staying on…this place was a lifesaver and we really liked the park and its facilities too.

The only very slight negative is that we could only find two tea cups? Loads of other crockery but only two tea cups - it didn’t affect us as only two of us drink tea and coffee. Maybe we just couldn’t find them 😀

Short stay for a family of 5.

The caravan itself was clean and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. Comfort wise, the beds were excellent 👌, however, we couldn't really settle down to a family film in the evening as the corner couch was a little uncomfortable. There was WiFi, but the signal strength did cause some difficulties with the Ps5 and connecting to a game. The beach is right on the doorstep, which was a bonus and a lovely walk. We also identified that the shower, when in use, caused a wet patch in the double bedroom, possibly caused by a leak under the floor boards. This didn't impact our stay in any way. However, it is worth mentioning and may need looking into further. There were plenty of food establishments, and we, in particular, took full advantage of the pizza place. We were fortunate enough to arrive with fabulous sunshine weather, which we then quickly learned that the tower fan provided did not work, but the host providing tea, coffee, and milk definitely made up for this.

I thought the price of the caravan booking was a little expensive, and I was surprised to learn that there were extra expenses when wanting to visit the Splash Zone and other establishments. The resort and finding the caravan was a challenge, specifically without any instruction or map to locate the caravan on arrival. The amusements on the resort were repetitive and expensive, especially when you had young children to entertain, which resulted in having to leave our holiday earlier than expected due to insufficient funds. All in all, we did enjoy our stay as we made the most of our time there. However, with the complications that are highlighted, we would not be returning.

O ly problem was the beds wasn't comfy could feel the springs but the caravavan was lovely and clean

Site all the staff was miserable but they were young with no guidance, nobody knew what activities were going on told to use the app, simple thing but a whiteboard outside to advertise the facilities granddaughter paid 6.00 for pottery which she left to dry went to collect and was smashed couldn't get a manager snd never got the 6.00 back very poor but could have simply been resolved, so much could be fine to simplify issues instead of the staff taking the wrath of people's plus losing so many sales in the process, so easy to correct a lot o the issues she everyone would be happier

Fantastic, clean caravan with great facilities

The caravan had so many great features and facilities. Everything provided so we didn't have to use any of our own stuff. The caravan was spotless too.

It was a little far away from the main club house for my mum she is disabled so it was too much of a walk. So I often had to drive which I didn't want to ask much on my holidays. That's not really your fault tho.

Staff at reception a little rude. Paid £60 for a pass for the kids to go the bar where everyone walked in anyway. When asked about the entertainment no one mentioned the wrestling. It clashed with swimming and they refused to change our slot. Then wanted £10 for football darts per kid when we paid £60 for nothing really

A few days with the grandchildren

Kids loved PS5 it was raining so it was a godsend It was clean and quite comfortable Everything you needed was provided only needed to purchase food

My daughter found the pull out bed in the living room to be dirty she came looking for throws to put down to lie on The caravan was quite a bit away from the reception and swimming pool especially if it's raining The campsite has a train going round to help you get around but on the Tuesday it was raining and the train was parked up The receptionists aren't interested in giving you information if you have booked this caravan because it's private The campsite itself is very disorganised The staff have no idea what's going on which is frustrating The pool has slots to book and it ends up free for al Only buy the passes if you intend to see the entertainment on an evening or swimming it only covers that so very expensive if you don't use it Not many of the free activities where on These issues weren't noticed by the kids they loved it Campsite is expensive for meals

Nice cosy place to stay

Good location as a quick walk away from main activities but far enough to avoid the noise. We were all adults but seem they have plenty to do for children. Caravan was clean and got everything you may need. Quick responses from owners/administrators.

All good but would recommend to have a "instructions" book so you know where things are (heaters, water boiler, etc)
