Great communication, easy instructions to follow. Lovely clean caravan quiet location and great campsite lots to do for families. 3 minute walk to beach. Bedding all provided, son loved ps5 being available.
A few areas could do with an update such as main mattress bit worn, bowl for sink as no plug to wash up. Small things that didn't impact our holiday but worth a mention.

Caravan was very basic and fitted out needs, great value for what I paid
It was as far away from the amenities as possible, 3000 steps to shop & back, I’m disabled so really struggled, they do have a little camp train but I never got to use it

The caravan is closely located to the swimmingpool and the living area is spacious. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, though during summer also other families with kids are there allowing to make instant playdates for the kids.
The nearby beach is a lot of fun and with low-tide you can make a large walk over the sandy area normally under water.
The appliances in the kitchen where generally OK and the airfryer was a real bonus.
The carpet in the living room had a lot of stains, was wet and stinky. We had to cover it a plaid.
The caravan is relative far away from the entrance, where all main activities are located.
The oven didn't work.
The master bedroom was a bit small (probably due to the spacious living room)
