The location was great in terms of close by to amenities, nearby towns, could walk to everything on site. The addition of the PS5 was great however the WiFi struggled to keep up with it. The beds were comfy to sleep in. Had all the essentials and necessities left for us.
The Bathroom blind and walls had mold on, the shower wasn’t cleaned properly, grime all around the seals. We had a bad experience with the cleaners being late due to a crash and bad weather so didn’t access the property til 5:30 and the previous person staying left the caravan a mess so the cleaners had to bleach the place and we saw them throwing away fouled duvets from a dog. The key was missing and we got told they suspected they took it with them which made us feel unsafe knowing my little girl was with us. That wasn’t the case and if it wasn’t by me going to reception and getting them to contact the owner to find this out myself, I wouldn’t have known.
