New hardwood floors shine in the airy living room, where there's plenty of comfy seating for movie night. Take in fairway views through big picture windows. A river rock gas fireplace adds ambience, and a 55” smart TV provides cinematic film screenings.
KITCHEN & DINING
Fix tasty meals in an open kitchen appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A large side-by-side fridge, gas range, and two-seat breakfast bar elevate this culinary space.

House is beautifully decorated and style is great! However, lack of central AC, it was humid the first two nights there when temperatures hit 90°. House does not come with shark passes or bikes. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

Tree Brach Cabin is a beautiful home. It was clean and comfortable with a very nice view of the golf course. We enjoyed our time there and would rent it again.

This house is a beautiful home however, it is not stocked well in the kitchen. There is no AC, when I reached out to Vacasa they assured me the thermostat was working, and there was AC. There is not! The lights to the outside back are out, there are no additional lightbulbs available in the home. The TVs did not work, I made multiple attempts to get someone to come out and help us with it. No luck. I was told sometimes the Wi-Fi and streaming is a bit off in Sunriver. This is not true. I reached out again for help to Vacasa, I was told to check the batteries. There are no additional batteries in the home. I feel like if we’re paying this kind of money they need to either come out and take care of these issues or provide light bulbs and batteries. I have been vacationing with family and friends in Sunriver for decades. There seems to be a large disconnect with the local Vacasa and regional. I would not use Vacasa again. Be very aware of what you’re getting in this home.
