This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with A/C is located near circle 6 and the Woodlands Golf Course. This is a very nice family condo that is reverse living with 2 levels. It has its own swimming pool in the condo complex in the summer months. There are 3 flat-screen TVs (the living room and primary bedroom TVs are smart TVs), a wood burning fireplace, gas BBQ, and bikes. Kitchen remodel done October 2021!
Upstairs:
Upstairs is the main living area of the condo. The kitchen, living room, a hall bath, and the Primary bedroom are all upstairs. The Primary bedroom houses a queen bed and has a full bath En Suite.
Downstairs:
Downstairs, the first bedroom has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, and access to the Hot Tub. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed. There's a full bath downstairs as well as the Washer and Dryer and garage access.
Recreation Access: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, and the boat launch.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.
