Nestled along the 6th green and 7th tee box of the Woodlands Course, this spacious 4-bedroom Sunriver vacation home offers 2,600 sq. ft. of comfortable living space for families, golf groups, and reunion guests. With 3 full bathrooms, room for up to 10 guests, a private hot tub, bikes, BBQ, and open gathering spaces, this home is designed for relaxed Central Oregon stays with plenty of room to connect.
The open living, kitchen, and dining areas make hosting easy after a day of biking, golfing, skiing, hiking, or exploring Sunriver. The fully equipped kitchen features abundant counter space, a large island, and a breakfast bar, while two dining areas give your group flexible space for shared meals. In the living room, brand-new furnishings, a stacked rock fireplace, and a large TV create a comfortable place to unwind.
The primary ensuite bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds, while the fourth bedroom includes two twin bunk beds, making the layout especially useful for families traveling with kids. With sleeping space for up to 10 guests, this home works well for family vacations, small group trips, golf getaways, and reunion overflow lodging.
Outside, the back deck invites guests to BBQ, watch wildlife, take in the golf course setting, or relax in the private hot tub. Three adult bikes are included for exploring Sunriver’s pathways and nearby recreation.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of bicycle trails to explore. The place has 7 adult bicycles and 6 kids bicycles of various sizes.

The place was very nice! Perfect for our group! We all played and watched golf this weekend so it was cool to be in a golf themed house right on the course!

This home was perfect for our annual family holiday getaway. We all agree it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great memories were made and we were even lucky enough to enjoy a winter snowfall, built a snowman, and lots of sledding. Perfect, quiet location.

This home is perfect for a large group, particularly with 4 beds (2 sets of bunk beds) in one of the 4 bedrooms. Nice, large living room with plenty of seating for everyone.
The house backs up to the Woodlands golf course which provided a fun setting for afternoon cocktails.
We had a few issues - the microwave broke and the ice maker on the fridge stopped working. Bennington brought us a stand-alone microwave, and a bag of ice and a couple of ice trays. They will need to spend some time fixing both these appliances before the next visitors arrive.
All in all, it is a very nice home. It has quite a few bikes that are in good condition, and a ping pong table which is a requirement for our group :). Would definitely recommend it for a large group.
