The upgraded kitchen (with new stove and refrigerator) is ready for everything from quick lunches between activities to full family dinners. The dining space seats 8, so you can keep everyone together—then turn the table into game night headquarters.

The house was incredibly clean. That's always so important to us. We had an issue with the TV and when I contacted the office, the response was IMMEDIATE. Bennington Properties was the best property management company we've ever dealt with. We are 110% satisfied.

Mom and daughters annual trip to Sunriver! Smokey this year but we still enjoyed it. This house was perfect. It has the best living room furniture of any house we have rented in over 20 years of coming to Sunriver! Loved the fireplace and lots of time just relaxing and catching up.
