There is an easy sort of comfort to Tokatee 32, the kind that invites you to settle in quickly and make the most of your time in Sunriver. Tucked along quiet streets with serene views and convenient access to the bike path, this welcoming retreat is well suited for those looking to balance Central Oregon adventure with plenty of time to unwind.
The home features a reverse-living floor plan, placing the main gathering spaces upstairs where natural light and treetop views create a relaxed setting for time together. The cozy living room includes a sleeper sofa, wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV with cable, and DVD player, making it just as inviting for movie nights as it is for slow mornings with coffee.
Nearby, the dining table seats six, with four additional barstools at the kitchen counter, giving everyone plenty of room to gather for meals and conversation. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for easy vacation cooking, from quick breakfasts before the day's adventures to relaxed dinners at home.
Also on the main level is a half bathroom and the spacious primary king suite, complete with cable TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Downstairs
A queen bedroom with cable TV and a second bedroom with two twin beds and cable TV provide flexible sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom with a shower and tub combination serves the lower level.
The downstairs area also includes a laundry room and garage, with parking for one vehicle and six adult cruiser-style bikes ready for exploring Sunriver. Tennis rackets are provided as well, making it easy to enjoy the community courts during your stay.
Outside, the large updated decks offer another place to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. Fire up the gas barbecue for dinner, stretch out with a good book, or slip into the private hot tub after a day on the trails, tennis courts, or slopes.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

A very rustic home, easy to get to. We love Bend and it was a very pleasant stay. It’s a cozy home, close to bike trails, clean. Hot tub nice after a long hike. We shall return.

This home has a great layout and was very comfortable. Great kitchen amenities. The only downfall is the ice machine did not produce much ice.

Was a wonderful weekend! The house was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable. The main tv needs instructions for people not use to your controls. The problem was resolved the next day!

Very hot. couldn't get the AC to work. No toiletries. Lots of space and the bikes were nice.
