Small nice condo in a very good location in Limoilou close to all amenities. A stone's throw from 3rd Avenue, you'll love the Limoilou neighborhood where you'll be in the heart of Quebec City's locals near downtown.
When you enter, you are in the dining room with the kitchen area with an island to cook in front of you and the living room with a large comfortable sofa to your right. There is also a smart HD TV. The accommodation is equipped with a washer / dryer and you have a bathroom with a bath / shower. The bedroom is at the end with a cozy double bed with a very comfortable mattress.
You have parking included, so you can park the car and forget it, as you won't need it to get around the neighborhood, everything is within walking distance and you're a block away from the metrobus that can take you anywhere in the city.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The hosts were super responsive, information was provided quickly, the dedicated parking spot, keyless entry, and a washer and dryer in the suite (we were mountain biking most of the days we stayed in Quebec) all made for an enjoyable stay. The nearby restaurants, grocery store and drug store were appreciated and we walked in to Old Quebec one of our days there and took an Uber back so we didn’t have to worry about parking downtown. Uber was quick and convenient (10–15 CAD) depending on time of day.

We loved the location of Sylvain's place - very cute, quiet neighborhood. The condo had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that we were told check in was 3pm however, when we showed up at 3pm the housekeeping team was still cleaning and we couldn't get into the space until almost 4pm. We also noticed that the dishes weren't super clean which was a bit disappointing.

Great apartment for a fantastic price. 9 nights here and it was very accommodating for a long term stay on a budget. Lots of goods already there: spices, laundry detergent, soaps, sponges and extra pillows and blankets, as well as a fan. It was cleaned well before our arrival and the host is very kind and helpful! The location is fantastic, only a few minutes walk away from an IGA market, as well as shops and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood, and close to downtown and bus stops.
