la situation pour ce que je recherchais
ok pour l'été, je ne louerais pas l'hiver car possiblement froid et entrée directement dans l'appartement fait que cela ne doit pas être pratique avec tous les vetements d'hiver.

- Easy and straightforward self check-in - Comfortable and clean with a great price. - Kitchen was equipped for all basic cooking needs, washing machine and dryer also available. - Convenient location for shops and train station
- The walk to the touristy Old Quebec was around ~25 minutes with icy and hilly conditions. Manageable for us but some might prefer less walking at a closer location. - Situated on a busier street so a bit of noise overnight from sporadic traffic and snow plowing, but did not keep us up

Location was very good
Host spent 5 minutes telling me I did not phone him at 11 am and I most certainly did. Host had very poor attitude towards letting us in to leave our luggage before noon.
