This is a clean, nicely decorated studio apartment is located in Limoilou, a fantastic and very safe neighborhood. It is close to excellent restaurants and cafes, bike paths, and easily walkable to the city center. The communication was great and the host was very responsive. Our check-in was easy. Overall, we had a nice and pleasant stay.

Space is limited in this studio apartment, so it is best suited for quick getaways rather than extended stays. Street parking is limited to 90 minutes, which isn't ideal. We ended up using a nearby paid parking lot for our 3-day stay. The outdoor staircase is very steep, so you need to use caution when climbing. The bed could be improved, as a thicker mattress would make it much more comfortable.

Wish the bed was higher as an older couple it’s difficult to sit on bed or get off bed,and parking is not the best if you stay there long 90 minutes parking during the day meaning you must move your vehicle every 90 minutes but after 6 pm you can park all night till 9 am

Location is great!

There is an additional entry to room which is not listed in the pictures, which opens to a shared hallway but is not secured properly (lock in handle like you would see on a bathroom door, no deadbolt). Unsure who has access to that door/key for that door leading us to feel unsafe in the unit. Small thing but affects the use of the room - the curtains are too long and cover the air conditioner. This limits the use of the air-conditioner, so you can't have privacy and air-conditioner at the same time. Not mentioned in description that the unit is on the second floor with outdoor stairs, so if you have lots of luggage be prepared to carry it up. Management is responsive but does not take action. There was an odor from the fridge which was not resolved during our stay.
