The suite was comfortable and well equipped. Communication was great and the host was very accommodating. Prior to checkikg in, I asked to drop off my bags early. On checkout, I asked to leave my bags for a couple hours (to be picked up before the next guests' checkin). Both requests were approved with no issue.
St. Roch is a working class neighbourhood but there are plenty of dining options nearby. I tried L'affaire est ketchup and it was a great experience. If you're in QC, give it a try. Reserve a seat at the bar and you're practically in the kitchen with the chefs.
There is a Metro supermarket less than 15 minutes away. Bus links are all around. If you want exercise, the old city is a 30-40 minute. You can stay low and go straight to Le Petite Champlain, or head up the hill and go to the Chateau Frontenac or over to the citadel.
If I return, I'd definitely stay here again.

The suite was perfect for a brief stay. Close to all amenities and within easy walking distance of Old Quebec. The unit was clean, offered the basic features we needed, and the bed was very comfortable.

I was in Quebec for a 4 day conference and found this place to be ideal for my needs. The host (Dave) met me and was very helpful in setting the stage for my stay. I have no complaints to mention and would gladly stay again in the future. Thanks again.
