I really enjoyed this property. It felt like I could really settle myself in here. The facilities are great. The location is largely walkable however I would familiarise myself with public transport early on in order to access things like the old town.
For a solo female traveller it felt very safe inside the building with multi-layer security. However there are quite a few homeless people around.
My main complaint is that the shower looked worse for wear and potentially like there might be a leak. Otherwise I was happy with this place.

20 minutes walking from main Quebecs atractions in the old center, near supermarket, very secure to get in through 4 doors with number combinations, really kind the person who responded questions in the whatsapp. The kitchen is full equipped.
It didn´t have a cupboard, when you switch on the air conditioning (that is an appliance indoor the room, it makes some noise and the window doesn´t keep shut so noise from the street get in

L'emplacement et la sécurité! Parfait pour une personne! Il ne manquait de rien.
Air climatisé très bruyant et défectueux au niveau des commandes. Penture de la porte de salle de bain à huiler. Petit lit double.

The property it self a neat little studio located in the heart of Quebec City
The property is located beside some sort homeless shelter, the loiter in masses sometimes 50 or more, they get quite loud and seem to be aggressive at night. There was a few nights they were loud all night right to morning!
