La Vie en Rose Cozy Suite #4 in Downtown Quebec

Appartamento funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la lavatrice ed asciugatrice che ci ha permesso di lavare tutti i vestiti comodamente prima di ripartire. Vicinissimo al centro della città (15 minuti a piedi). Nelle vicinanze possibilità di prendere il bus pubblico (numero 800) per arrivare comodamente al capolinea delle cascate. Pieno di locali, ristorantini e supermercati. Il proprietario ha risposto in maniera tempestiva ad ogni quesito. Assolutamente consigliato perché vicinissimo al centro città ma in zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

La presenza nella zona di persone con disagio psichico e sociale. Non ci siamo mai sentiti in "pericolo" però è stata una realtà inaspettata.

Clean floors, comfortable bed. Love the full kitchen washer and dryer in the unit.

We weren’t aware our room was on the 3rd floor up until the day before arrival when they sent over the instructions. We had heavy a luggage and hated to carry it on that narrow staircase. There’s a part of the stair with a sharp turn without the handrail which was very difficult to move our luggage through. There were still trash left from the previous guest they forgot to take out (pizza box and milk carton). The AC is not cold, no matter what we try, it’s still working on fan mode. The shower head holder is broken and the tape they put on didn’t work, very inconvenient.

こまめに案内のメールが届き、親切かつ丁寧に対応していただけた。 空港行きのバス停も近く、他にも主要なバス路線が走っており、大変便利であった。

階段は少々急である

The apartment was spacious and clean, and the bed comfortable. The city center is only around 20min walk, with a small hill to cross :)

Part of the apartment is facing on a quite big street so there was a bit of noise at night and in the mornings in the bedroom, but with the closed windows was really not a problem
