Thomas was very helpful and responsive. The appartement is well located and a good size. It was great to be able to use the small washing machine. It was very hot but there is a new AC installed in the bedroom so we could cool it down before going to bed.

The kitchen was great but there was the bare minimum in pans, pots and cutlery to be able to cook or bake. Salt, pepper and oil should be the minimum available if you provide a kitchen. Coffee was nice, tea would be nice to have available too. The bed is not very comfy but good enough for a couple of nights.

La surface appréciable de la pièce à vivre augmentée d'une terrasse bien agréable. L'emplacement idéal pour des touristes avec commerces et restaurants à proximité immédiate et à une A/2 heure à pied du vieux Québec. Le propriétaire jamais rencontré mais immédiatement réactif aux SMS

I had prepaid for a parking space and when we picked up the key, I was asked several times if I paid for the parking. I had my etransfer receipt but they did not seem to believe me. The parking space was not adequate. It was far too narrow for a vehicle. We were driving a small sedan - if we had a larger vehicle, it would not have fit in the parking space. The room had 2 towels, 1 hand towel, 1 facecloth and a bath mat. We asked for a dish towel and another facecloth but were told they did not have any facecloths (even though there was already one in the room!).
