Overall we had a great stay here. The location is wonderful and it was nice to find a 4 bedroom that could accommodate the entire group.

Our family of six stayed for one week. Having four bedrooms and four bathrooms was very helpful for our group. Great location to red Hook and easy access to the ferries and to taxis. We did two charters with stormy Pirates and they were phenomenal. Highly recommend.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at Kim's place (we've stayed at others in Cowpet) and like before, everything went great. With 6 adults, 2 5-year old twins, and 1 9m old, we needed all 4 rooms but never felt crowded. The place has plenty of space, multiple balconies, lots of games, spare beach toys and snorkeling gear and great views. A big thing for us is the local service. We had a minor issue with the AC in our room because when they cleaned they had inadvertently turned off a breaker or fuse but before we were even unpacked the problem was fixed. If not been to St Th or Cowpet the condo is 2 flights of stairs to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to Red Hook and the ferry and restaurants. A dedicated parking spot is nice too. Cant wait to return
