Seaview Sanctuary, a large 3 bedroom 3 bath, provides spectacular views of the turquoise hues of Cowpet Bay, along with cooling breezes! All new furnishings make this condo your Caribbean home away from home with all the amenities you need! Cowpet Bay offers many amenities including a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade if desired, and many chairs for your lounging. There is also an expansive pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi, as well as a casual beachside bistro and a finer dining restaurant open nightly. Grab a cold drink at the beach/pool bar and relax the day away! This resort is located close to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences (you can buy a day pass to use their amenities).

Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro, which is open daily 7 am - 6 pm (except Sundays) and 6 pm - 8 pm for pizzas only. The newly renovated beach/pool bar has finally reopened to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day 11 am - 5 pm! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!
If you choose to leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, bars, restaurants, ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.
Island Dream Vacations can assist you in planning other aspects of your vacation, including coordinating grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as arrange for boating/fishing excursions, snorkel kayak tours, private chef services, private massage, dinner reservations, and housekeeping services.
PLEASE NOTE: The nightly rate listed is based on 6 guests, $35/night per additional guest ($50/night during holidays), maximum of 8 guests total (6 adults max). Last minute and extended stay discounts offered except on Holiday weeks.
CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far.

Our stay was wonderful! The place was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. You cannot beat the location. Great beach, pool and close to everything being so near to Red Hook!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Condo was in immaculate condition and had everything we needed. Our host, Amy, was helpful with advice on what to do on the island, and was quick to respond when we had a question. Location is wonderful: Just a short drive to Red Hook, and close to two supermarkets. We will definitely look to stay here again.

We vacationed with our two kids and mother in law for a week. The condo is adorable. When we arrived there was a card for my kids. I had told the owner we were celebrating their birthdays during the week stay. The condo was also set up with little touches here and there. It really was beautiful. They had a folder with suggestions of restaurants, excursions and suggestions for the stay. It was helpful to reference as we have never been to St. Thomas. Cowpet bay beach was quiet and relaxing. There was a rocky reef area we snorkeled just off the shore. We saw a baby sea turtle, sting ray, and tons of fish. The hike down is easy if you are in shape but my mother in law struggled with coming back up. We just drove down to pick her up so that’s an option as well. There are two restaurants on the beach. The food and drinks were delicious from both. We frequented Sangrias for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe and ease of walking up in our bathing suits for food. Our favorite beach was Magen’s bay. Sand for days and a lot of sea turtles to snorkel with. The owner was easy to communicate with while we were on the island and responded quickly. We 10/10 recommend this place.
