Situated by the sheltered waters of Cowpet Bay on St. Thomas's east end, this gated complex boasts a large freshwater pool, tennis courts (lighted for night play from November to June 15 only), lawns with gardens, and a white sand BEACH offering good snorkeling. The property also offers a generator system ensuring no power outages.

The Anchorage is located right next door to the St. Thomas Yacht Club, and conveniently situated near beaches, shopping, The Ritz Carlton Resort, and the town of Red Hook where you catch ferries to other US and BV islands.
The unit offers three bedrooms K,Q,K+2 Singles, three full baths, an open-plan living room with kitchen and dining areas. A covered balcony opens out from the living room where you can enjoy the view of the Carribean Sea and St. John.
The Condo is immaculate and tastefully decorated.

The property was lovely! My family and I enjoyed spring break there. The owner was great to deal with in the check-in process was easy. My only issue with the property was related to the bathroom on the second floor. The shower was incredibly small. I had two teenage boys that are over 6 feet tall and they literally could not fit in the shower. Other than that, everything was great.

Our stay at this condo was amazing! It was very conveniently located right by the tennis courts, pool and the beach was just a short walk further. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very well equipped with towel, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and tennis rackets. The condo complex is also very conveniently located just 5 minutes from Red Hook and a short walk down the beach to the Elysia Resort which offers restaurants, activities and a lovely beach for swimming and snorkeling. The only “con” was the rooster crowing in the very early morning for several hours. Don was above and beyond helpful and an excellent communicator throughout our stay at his condo. I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone!

Great location! Quick ride to RedHook, grocery store and best- beach right out the back door. Quiet area was perfect to relax. Don was awesome w communication before during and at checkout. Highly recommend

The Anchorage is situated in a fantastic and quiet location within St. Thomas. My girls and I had a fantastic time at the condo. It was super clean and comfortable, everything we had hoped. The workout room is really nice and we used it several days. Don is a great host and excellent communicator. Thanks so much Don. We really appreciated our stay.
