This newly reconstructed split level, 3 bedroom condo is perfect in every aspect. "Experience Matters" in real estate, construction, furnishings and interior decorating. I'm the new owner with over 35 years experience here in St, Thomas. I was looking for a spectacular place to enjoy for myself, family gatherings & selective guests that sleeps 8 guests. I choose the very best location on the island, at the prestigious East End. The property is beachfront, tradewinds blessed, overlooking Cowpet Bay and St. John. The place is direct neighbors with the St, Thomas Yacht Club & just down the road from the Ritz-Carlton St.Thomas, I patiently waited for the right Anchorage, large split level, 3 bedroom condo to come on the real estate market and then, grabed the opportunity to purchased it.
You can compare my 3 bedroom, luxury condo with the nearby Ritz Carlton listings at twice or 3 times the price.
Facing "Due East" this spot enjoys constant, steady, cooling tradewinds where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea. Therefore, you'll have the perfect outdoor experience without with lack of breeze, heat and humidity at some other homes & condos on the island. Next, the Anchorage Condomiums are the finest on St. Thomas. They are exclusive, private with a full-time property manager & staff. The property is beautifully landscaped & maintained. Anchorage has a private beach with chaise lounges. There is an adjacent large, waterfront swimming pool. Ample deck chaise lounges & chairs. There is a covered, cabana section with tables for meals, snacks or drinks or chaise lounges in you want to read or just want a break from the sunshine. Anchorage has a fully equipped, air conditioned gym. The cardio training bicycles, treadmills & ellipticals look directly onto Cowpet Bay. Strength training options include: barbells, a variety of smaller weighted handbells, a rowing machine & leg machine. There are 2 tennis courts which can also be used for a family pickleball contest. The St. Thomas Yacht Club is located next door. Member boats can be seen buoy moored in Cowpet Bay. My unit is perfectly angled to see the houses of our neighboring island of St. John, United States Virgin Islands. You can enjoy the white, hillside houses by day & their lights by night.

Kevin was a great host, place had pretty much everything we needed, location was great. King bed was better than our bed at home. Pool was clean and gym had what we needed. Easy walk to the two restaurants at Elysian, played pickleball on the tennis courts which were pretty cracked but still nice to get out and move. Only suggestion would to have shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers.

Our family enjoyed a great trip to St. Thomas while staying in Kevin's spacious and comfortable condo. His place was perfectly clean with very comfortable beds, lots of pillows, and a well equipped kitchen. It was very easy to get to the ferry terminal and town of Red Hook. My boys used the gym and said it was good. One reviewer mentioned only 2 beach towels in the unit, however, we found plenty there for our use. The outdoor deck was very large with a circular table and chairs on it so we could enjoy our coffee on it in the morning and eat meals outside. It was nice having two seating and tv areas in the condo so my boys could relax and do schoolwork/ game while my husband and I watched a show downstairs or read. Overall we were happy with the condo and would rent again if we return to St. Thomas in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Very large condo. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. The location was great. Easy to get anywhere. Definitely need a car. Pictures were very accurate. communication with the owner was good. There was a bit of a glitch at check-in, but he responded promptly. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner as well as some of the kitchen. The beach is small, but the pool was nice. We only used it once. Overall, would recommend staying here.

We had such a great stay at this St. Thomas condo and would definitely recommend it.The place has been nicely updated — the kitchen and bathrooms feel fresh and modern, and everything was clean and well cared for. The furniture was comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy, which we really appreciated after long days in the sun.We did run into a minor water issue during our stay, but Kevin was incredibly responsive and took care of it quickly. It’s clear he really cares about the property and about making sure guests have a good experience.The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained — a perfect spot to relax with a drink or wind down after the beach. The location is also a big plus. It’s an easy 10-minute walk along the pathway behind the Yacht Club to a few great restaurants like Caribbean Fish Market and Sangria’s Beachside Bistro. Red Hook is just about an 8 per person taxi ride for even more dining and nightlife, and Secret Beach was only about a 6 taxi ride away.Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and island vibes. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thanks again, Kevin!
