The rooms was amazing , as well as the view . Staff was amazing and accommodating , bar and drinks were great . Amazing workout room
The food was average at best , and given the cost of the food that was disappointing. Happy to pay for amazing food. But this food was only ok. First night at dinner they didn’t allow us to order the pizza , then we saw others had ordered pizza after us .

The location was very quiet. The property was very well maintained and clean. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Property itself was beautiful. Very well, landscaped, clean and spacious. Didn’t feel crowded even so it was busy. Beach area was small / very narrow.
Room was very well appointed & well maintained.
Service & prices. Although I can’t say anyone was rude - I didn’t feel like anyone (with the exception of the Cleaning staff) went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Was our first time staying at a Ritz property & was expecting more.
Food was very mediocre & insane prices- $100+ for breakfast for 4! But I felt like that was also the entire island.
