    Mi cuarto estaba al bajar escaleras y lluvia el agua se quedaba en la entrada al cuarto y nadie limpiaba esa agua al igual que en balcón toda el agua se quedaba ahí en el banco porque el desagüe no sirve

    The hotel was far from the airport. Had to take a taxi everywhere since the hotel provided shuttle service only one (1) day a week downtown. Beach is too rocky and has seaweed. The 2 restaurants on property are expensive. The phone in the room never worked dialing 5000 when I tried to reach the front desk. I had to text Everything to the front desk to get assistance and ask repeatedly fir a phone # that worked to reach them. One shuttle room guy was rude and Laenique at the first desk was very unwelcoming and lackadaisical with attitude. I left a folder at the desk with my paperwork and she never said anything or attempt to return it to me. I finally realized it was missing when I checked out and asked her if u had left a folder here. She didn't even respond just reached behind her and handed me my folder which had a sticky on it with my Room # but was never returned to me nor did she or anyone else make me aware...very suspect. The room was ok but very "boring" property with expensive food.
