Complimentary kayaks, canoe and bicycles ensure exciting daily adventures. As part of the Spring Lake community, you and your guests will also have access to a shared gazebo and fishing/kayak dock.
At home, comfort awaits in each bedroom with a loft providing additional sleeping space. Unwind in the living area, outfitted with comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. Watch favorite TV shows or simply enjoy the lake views. When you're ready to eat, prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets, including a coffee maker. As dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar, then enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining table. The private patio also offers an outdoor table with water views.
Thoughtful details include life jackets and helmets, as well as fun extras like a telescope and a game table in the garage. Central air-conditioning and a private full-sized washer and dryer add an extra touch of convenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: The camera is located at the top of the garage facing the driveway, front door and covers the right side of the home facing the lake
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

With the Summer rush at the coastal towns, this place gives you the feeling of being in town, but also the feeling of being on a private lake!
Spring lake is not to disappoint. Great fishing, kayaking and swimming. The water is warm in August and easy to navigate with paddle boats.
Ocean is not far away. Big cedar tree old growth trail is a must-see as well. All within walking distance.
