About this cabin rental
What's great about this house is its proximity to the beach and that because of the hot tub, covered porch, and modern conveniences it's a great place to be rain or shine. I really strive to continuously improve this house and make my guest experience better and better. High Speed Internet, Great place to escape from Portland and get your work or studying done. FYI, This is a beach house not The Four Seasons, it's a quirky beach cabin with a ton of amenities. Beach is two blocks away. Lake is one block away. 65 inch flat screen TV,, and 400mb highest speed internet available, Stereo with IPOD hookup, Barbecue, bamboo and cork floors, newer beds. Kitchen with slab granite countertops and snack bar. Dining room table seats 8. Excellent for those with kids. Washer, Dryer, bath off of master with newer Sealy Posturepedic Queen Bed and 560 thread count sheets and a cozy down comforter with You can see Twin Rocks from in front of the cabin. Newer ductless heating and A/C unit. Two blocks to the best beach in Rockaway which is directly in front of the Twin Rocks. Parking for an RV on the side. Great swimming and fishing in Spring Lake which is one block away. Good Boating less than one mile away in Lake Lytle. Garibaldi is about 4 miles away with Ocean Fishing access. Mountain Biking 1/2 mile away. Most pets are fine with an additional $35 cleaning fee. Two night minimum $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. $100 refundable security deposit. 7 people maximum. 3 day minimum Memorial Day. Hot tub is new April 2023 and is wired 220 volts to heat up quickly although if the water is nasty I’ll change it so there is a chance it might not be piping hot the second you arrive.

Prior to guest arrival and 48 hours in advance an email will be sent to each party requiring the following.
1. Confirmation that no person in their party has recently experienced any flu or cold symptoms or had a fever within the last 10 days.
2. No person in their party has been exposed to or interacted with a person who has tested positive for COVID 19 within the last 14 days
3. Guests will follow social distancing measures for the duration of their stay.
4. Guests acknowledge Tillamook County resident concerns related to increased risk of exposure of COVID-19 in Tillamook County rural communities as we move into summer vacation season and that all guests will make every effort to be good citizens and respectful neighbors during their stay. This includes adhering to the hours of quiet time (10 PM to 7 AM), parking requirements, and contact person response times as outlined in Tillamook County Ordinance #84.
3 day minimum on Federal Holidays next to a weekend.
If you’re a nervous traveler, have health concerns, don’t like driving in the wind, rain, or snow, are concerned with your health please purchase trip insurance. I can’t afford to provide that service myself for last minute cancellations when it is readily available. It is difficult for me to block out for your reservation and then rebook at the last second.

It is a lovely location. Kitchen was beautiful and well furnished . Beds comfortable. Hottub was hot upon arrival but the water needed to be cleaned. Overall, a great spot for our family and dog.

Great time. Great location! We enjoyed access to nature. There was sand in the hot tub when we opened it. We tried to clean it out the best we could. We are interested in staying at the other rentals as well. Thank you!

This was my first time renting a house for three adults and a five year old. It’s way more than we needed. If you had multiple couples with kids, dogs and some drinks by the fire. It’s perfect. I’m a resort by the sea type individual and I think that’s were I’ll stay from here in our. No hard feelings
