The property was wonderful. We were close to the beach with a nice beach view. All the amenities were provided including kitchen supplies so we could make our own meals. We were about 30 yards from the beginning of the sand to the beach. Everything was very clean and was pet friendly so our Corgi was able to join us for her first trip to the beach.

There was supposed to be cable and Netflix included but neither worked. Vacasa sent someone out but they also couldn’t get it resolved. There is stains on carpet, mold on ceiling above shower and broken cupboards and counter pieces. Windows were very dirty which obstructed the beautiful view. Single beds were uncomfortable and shower is tiny. However you cannot beat the location and it is great that they are dog friendly. The Vacasa staff are great I forgot my travel mugs in the dishwasher and they said they will mail them to me. Overall it is just in need of some touch ups and renos it was clean but just a little tired and in my opinion over priced for what it is.
