This townhome includes a decibel monitoring (no recording) system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
This home is part of a two-unit duplex. For larger groups, please rent Lake & Laughter 2 if you have up to 12 people.

Excellent new build home close to the beach! AC in all bedrooms and main level. Because they are new to renting made some minor recommendations like increasing number of kitchen towels available. Home is gorgeous and everything is very comfortable! Already rented again later this year!

We celebrated a 50th birthday with family and friends over a 7-nights. Our beautiful stay at Lake & Laughter was outfitted with everything we could want. The accomodations were top-notch, comfortable beds, luxury bathrooms, and a kitchen perfect for entertaining and meal prep. A quick 2 block walk to the beach leads you through a canopy of fir trees opening to a perfect view of the Twin Rocks. Two blocks north is a boardwalk trail not to miss through a lush forest. The best part was hearing all the compliments about how clean, new and comfortable everything was. Having parking in the garage was great, especially when packing and unacking the car in the drizzly weather.

Everything was clean and very comfy for stay.
Short walk to stores, restaurants and beach are really convenient.
Definitely worth to stay. One of the best place in Rockaway beach.
