Beautiful convenient location with easy access to centre of Lerici / beaches etc Gorgeous views from the terrace!

It’s to be expected due to the location, but the bars can be noisy until late at the weekends. This shouldn’t stop anyone staying there - just take earplugs!

Central location. Amazing view of the gulf from the terrace.

There is no air conditioning so we kept windows open and there was a bit of noise at night.

Vista incantevole e posizione ideale per scoprire Lerici

Posizione fantastica, nella parte finale di Lerici, tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere il centro. Balcone con vista meravigliosa sul golfo: pranzare lì è stato come essere direttamente sul mare. Appartamento ampio e confortevole, ideale per un soggiorno rilassante.

In questa stagione (metà ottobre), con i riscaldamenti ancora spenti, l’ambiente risulta un po’ umido la sera. L’appartamento si sviluppa su due piani e la scala che porta al piano superiore è piuttosto ripida: a noi non ha creato problemi, ma può essere scomoda per qualcuno.

Krásný výhled z balkonu, to je ale vše.

Skvělá poloha bytu, úžasný balkon směrem k moři. Pokud vás neodradí schody vedoucí k domu a chcete být přímo nad mořem, je to ten pravý byt. Nesmí vás však odradit ošuntělé vybavení bytu. My jsme trávili většinu času na balkoně, tak jsme byli spokojení. Pokud se podíváte na ošklivé vybavení objektu, musíte být smíření s tím, že platíte opravdu jen za balkon, který si vás získá. Na druhou stranu, pokud nejste citliví na to, jak nábytek a spotřebiče vypadají, má tento byt opravdu všechno, co potřebujete - pračku, myčku, lednici, gauč … Také oceňujeme milý personál, který nám při příjezdu pomohl s věcmi přímo do bytu.

Vybavení bytu je hrozné. Postel byla velmi nepohodlná, matrace se rozjížděly do stran, lepší by snad bylo umístit je rovnou na zem. Na posteli jsme při příjezdu nalezli „dekorativní” polštáře a deky, které viditelně nikdy nikdo nepral, byly velmi špinavé, až jsme se jich báli dotknout. V bytě se nachází ošuntělý a napůl rozbitý nábytek. Majitel by určitě udělal líp, kdyby se těchto příšerností zbavil. Podlaha při našem příjezdu na některých místech zvláštně lepila. Čistotou toto místo úplně nepřekypuje. My jsme trávili většinu času mimo byt a po příchodu byli na balkoně, tak nám to sice nebylo moc příjemné, ale ani nám to moc nevadilo. Věřím ale, že by to pro někoho mohl být opravdu velký problém.

Bel posto. Con qualche minima attenzione in più sarà perfetto!

Posizione centrale e vista dal terrazzino sul golfo.

Purtroppo la mancanza di una riduzione tedesca non ci ha consentito di posizionare correttamente il condizionatore al piano di sopra (assolutamente indispensabile perché essendo al sole tutto il giorno, sarebbe impossibile resistere), il microonde e il tostapane. Poi, dopo due giorni, il bravo Francesco c'è l'ha fatta avere. Attenzione inoltre alle zanzare che arrivano nel corso della notte, dato che le zanzariere, che non potevano essere utilizzate.

Appartement idéalement situé pour profiter de Lerici et de ses environs

L’emplacement, la vue, le calme, le prix (50€ par nuit en Mars). Le balcon bien sûr même si le soleil n’y arriverait pas encore en Mars.

Petites économies inutiles qui rendraient le séjour parfait si c’était corrigé et qui m’aurait dérangé si j’avais payé le prix haute saison (seulement 3 verres à eau, 3 verres à vin et 3 mugs, aucun bon couteau, 1 toute petite cafetière permettant de faire 2 ristretto seulement)

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für Paare mit toller Aussicht und Balkon

Die Lage und Aussicht der Wohnung sind ein Traum, im Zentrum aber trotzdem ist es ruhig. Toller Blick auf den Hafen, Sonnenuntergang etc. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, Waschmaschine, Föhn, Toaster, Spülmaschine, ... Es war sehr sauber und es gab genug Handtücher zur Verfügung. Der Bootsanleger ist keine 2 Minuten entfernt und so erreicht man die Orte von Cinque Terre ganz bequem. Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe und die beste Pizza gibt es um die Ecke bei Da Luisa. Etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt es in beide Richtungen einen Strand mit Bademöglichkeit, hinter der Burg mit Sandstrand und in die andere Richtung mit Felsen. Kann es jedem nur empfehlen!

Die Parksituation in Lerici ist sehr schlecht, der günstigste Parkplatz ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und kostet trotzdem noch 10€ pro Tag. Der private Parkplatz der Unterkunft ist 600m entfernt und würde 20€ pro Tag kosten, meiner Meinung nach zu viel verlangt. Die Möbel auf dem Balkon scheinen etwas älter zu sein, man sitzt nicht so bequem und der Tisch wackelt sehr. Hier gibt es definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.
