Exceptional

What a beautiful part of the world! The sensational views of the mountains and ocean made it peaceful and romantic. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. Frederica is a very professional host and ensured our stay was comfortable. We wish we had stayed here longer!

We loved everything about this property however, we wouldn't recommend taking a taxi or bus to get there. You definitely need a car as it is a 'hidden gem' and you have to go through some very narrow streets to get there! :)

Exceptional

An amazing apartment, fully renovated and fully equipped! Super clean, with a stunning view! The whole atmosphere was just divine! Federica, the owner, has been truly the sweetest owner we've encountered in Italy, and very very helpful with everything! She makes you feel like home! We highly recommend it and we will revisit for sure! Bare in mind that you need transportation though, and a simple Vespa is more than enough!

Great view from the window! Federica, the owner of the apartments, is a very nice and caring person! Good apartments, equipped with everything you need.

If you are without a car, be prepared to walk to the nearest beach for 15-20 minutes (back uphill).

This is the island of tranquility itself

This place is as perfect as it could be! You can easily relax and rest because you have everything you need. The host lady is so kind and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay there! Grazie mille Frederica!

Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr ansprechende und moderne Einrichtung. Küche und Bad modern und voll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man so benötigt. Einkaufen in 1km Entfernung im Sigma Superstore. Dort ist auch die Shnellstraße nach LaSpezia zuende. Super Anbindung! Sehr gute Lage, etwas Abseits und ruhig. Sehr gut für die Hunderunden bis zum verlassen Fort oder auf der kleinen Zufahrtsstraße. Hier hört man die Vögel zwitschern und keinen Verkehr. Morgens Sonne auf dem Balkon mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Abends dafür leider nicht, den Sundowner kann man unten am Meer nehmen. 30 Minuten über kleine Straßen und Treppenwege bis zur Promenade in San Terenzo. Sehr netter Kontakt, man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Danke!

Alles war gut! 50€ pro Aufenthalt für den Hund etwas hoch, wenn man nur kurz bleibt.

Meraviglioso

Mi è piaciuto tutto. È la casa più pulita nella quale sia mai entrato, Federica (la gentilissima proprietaria) tiene così tanto alla pulizia che è entrata scalza in casa quando ci ha accolti per mostrarcela. Lei è fantastica, super disponibile (ci ha anche portato le brioches una mattina). La casa è nuovissima, piccola ma assolutamente comodissima per due persone. Gli spazi sono ben utilizzati e il balcone ha una vista mozzafiato. Torneremo sicuramente.

Przebywanie w takim apartamencie to sama przyjemność. Czuliśmy się w nim jak w domu. Stylowo zaaranżowany, małe drobiazgi dopełniały całość. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, jeszcze nigdy nie widziałam tak dobrze wyposażonego apartamentu. Jest wszystko to, czego potrzeba w kuchni aby przygotować śniadanie, obiad czy kolację. Na powitanie chlebek, dżemy, mleko, kawy, herbaty. W łazience kosmetyki, nawet bambusowa szczoteczka, balsam czy kapcie. Czystość jak w sali operacyjnej :) Czystość apartamentu oceniamy 100/10 :) Niesamowity widok z okna na morze, apartament mieliśmy na niższym piętrze. Parking prywatny na przeciwko apartamentu. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje gospodyni Federica, niezwykle ciepła kobieta. Widać, że zależy jej na tym, aby jej goście czuli się jak najlepiej. Polecamy z całego serca bo ten apartament jest cudownym miejscem, aby spędzić tam swoje wakacje.

sehr schöner Balkon mit wunderbarer Sicht auf das Meer. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Gratis Parkplatz, sehr gute Lage. Super Einrichtung, bequeme Betten, alles sensationell!

Man muss sich einfach bewusst sein, dass man immer ein Auto braucht zum einkaufen, Restaurants etc. uns störte dies jedoch überhaupt nicht.

Extraordinärt boende med fantastisk vy och otrolig värdinna

Underbart fin lägenhet med två balkonger och en fantastisk vy över bukten, otroligt bra service och bemötande av värdinnan Federica 🙏 som gjorde boendet till en fröjd 👏👏👏. Hade infektion i en tand och hon fixade en läkare åt mig inget är omöjligt för Federica hon gör det där lilla extra för gästerna 🤗
