"The hostess and her staff were AMAZING!!! I can't say enough. We came from another property that didn't suit what we needed and she took care of us 8 p.m. and had someone come by and check on us."

Good location in La Veleta, easy walking distance to Super Aki supermarket, some good restaurants, and a pharmacy. The neighborhood is quiet, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The AC is ice cold, and the couch was extremely comfy. The price was excellent. Staff was responsive when we had an issue with the Wi-Fi.
There was loud music from nearby buildings each evening. It stopped by 11, but it could be a problem for families traveling with young kids. We never figured out how to keep our showers warm, but I suspect there's a trick we didn't know. Not a dislike, but be aware that the staff only speaks Spanish; keep your Google Translate handy for WhatsApp communication.
