What you need to know about Rent a Kombi VW in Tulum ? To rent a Kombi VW in Tulum you need to book the days that you want in the calendar and make the reservation by the website. You need to bring your valid license to drive in Mexico and we ask for a deposit in cash 250 usd, that we will give you back when you return the kombi in good state. We will sign a contract person to person physical. There is a list of the STUFF we have inside the kombi, kitchen camping, pots, , glasses, cups, sheets, pillows, blankets , GPS . We will give you full tank of gasoline and you have to return full. The kombi has borned in 1976, so you need to respect it and take really good care. If something happen the kombi has insurance. But if you bump something or little scratch you have to answer for that. The kombi is for travel in Tulum and around it ; You can go to Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, Muyil, Coba, Bacalar, inside the state of Quintana Roo. There are many amazing places that you can go, like beatifull beaches or to swim in the Cenotes, etc… Where you can sleep with the kombi ? We recomend to sleep with the kombi in campings, where you have bathroom, kitchen, wifi, people to share and spend very good moments and for a very cheap price. There are few campings in the Sian Kaan reserve, and if you dare to go to the Punta Allen village where you can find free places just park and live the magic jungle nature at the turquoise sea. In Bacalar you have a camping in the Laguna that is great, in the way a Coba you have places to sleep and feel the jungle. You will have a list of places to go that we recomend you, and the freedom to go wherever you want in Quintana Roo state. The kombi is check by mechanic all the time, and we are sure that all will works good, in case that no , we can resolve at the moment as quick as we can. This is a must! Martin is an awesome host, very nice and relaxed. The VW van is great, it drives good and it’s the perfect way to travel through Yucatán. Would definitely do it again!
