Poca información al momento de la entrega, no hicieron la limpieza ninguno de los 5 dias ni cambiaron toallas, cuando lo pedí por mensaje me dijeron que lo harían y no sucedió, tuve que llevar las toallas a recepción personalmente para que me las cambiaran.

Muy buena ubicación, puedes ir caminando a la av.7 que es donde están los restaurantes, es muy tranquilo y la habitación es muy bonita y cómoda ,

Cuando llegamos no había luz, llegamos como a las 3pm y la luz llegó como a las 9pm , prácticamente ese día no lo disfrutamos mucho, el agua de las piscinas es demasiado frío, por la infraestructura las piscinas están en zonas que no les pega el sol y no tienen regulador de temperatura por lo cual todo es día el agua está fría, no pudimos disfrutarlo

Great location close to La Veleta. The staff is great and they’re very communicative. It was very easy talking to them via Whatsapp. They also helped us with recommendations during our stay and figuring out some hiccups with transportation we had booked. Great spot in Tulum.

The water in the washroom (for brushing teeth) didn’t taste great but then at the end of the stay I realized there was a gallon of potable water inside the closet :) So there was no problem really, we really enjoyed our stay.

-Our main issue was with the female staff member on reception’s attitude -The water dispenser in our room was nearly empty when we arrived. I grabbed a new one from reception. The next day, i received a WhatsApp message from the staff member, requesting that I bring the empty water jug down immediately. I had just got in the pool, and my partner was in the room ill and asleep. I explained the situation, and the woman did not care, kept insisting and even threatened us with a fine if we didn’t bring it down immediately, as the water refill company were here. She did not tell us to bring the empty water jug down at any point, her fault, and she was rude over message. -Our room didn’t have WiFi. When we raised this, she already knew about the issue but had forgotten, so the room should not have been given to us. We were offered to move room the day later which was too late for us as we had already settled in, unpacked our clothes etc. We used the rooftop garden wifi which was weak so just good enough for messaging, not video content. -Extreme property rules about everything with threats of fines -Shower temp kept changing -Couldn’t use laundry room ourselves -Location far out
