Very nice apartment, spacious and nice interior. it’s a bit far away from the main steet and Tulum beach. You need a car. The area is under construction and hopefully it will be better soon.
Location was a bit too far away and the streets around was very bad to drive on. However the apartment and pool area was very nice.

I loved how clean the apartment complex is, everything is new and beautiful inside. very peaceful, no crazy parties, very clean and modern. the apartment is equipped with everything you need. the location is also exceptional
