Casa Mtl Tulum

What a fantastic stay I had here with Gustavo the cat, his humans and his dogs !! Josh and Mario are amazing hosts, really friendly and kind they checked in on me when I was unwell and spoiled me with some delicious apple cake ! The apartment was perfect with every single thing you need to just relax and enjoy your stay. The private pool is exceptional, the shower pressure is amazing (some just dribble, this was powerful !), a gas cooker (yes gas) and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and bars. I felt safe as a solo traveller and would’ve been happier to stay longer. I will definitely be back. Á bientôt mes amis

Very friendly hosts, spacious condos, facilities worked etc.

Not a negative - would simply suggest you are provided with more than 1 set of keys.

We loved the property, large rooms, high ceilings, two pools, rooftop deck, around the corner from Chabad of Tulum, close to everything. Best thing is the owners, Mario and Josh! Warm, helpful, from Montreal.

Some roads not paved, lots of trash on streets, no sidewalks in most of the area.
