The Space:
Well located in Aldea Zama this is an ideal home base for exploring Tulum. You’ll be minutes from both Tulum Beach and Centro, yet perfectly positioned in a walkable area surrounded by dining, shopping, and everyday essentials. Just steps from the building you’ll find Mamazul, a popular local spot known for its mezcal tastings and great atmosphere. For mornings, you’re close to excellent breakfast options like Nimeno Bakery and Rossina, and Fresh Market grocery store is within walking distance for snacks, coffee supplies, and anything you need during your stay.
Inside, the condo is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for an easy stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, making it perfect for a chef dinner night at home or a relaxed meal after the beach. The sleeping setup is ideal for couples, friends, or a small family, with one king bed and one queen bed. Private terrace for morning coffee and fresh jungle breezes. Allow extra time to get to beach in high season as there can be traffic.
Beach access:
In Tulum, the best beaches sit behind private beach clubs. We've built the access quietly, through direct relationships with ten of the Mexican Caribbean's most sought-after clubs — Gitano, Hotel Panamera, and Umi among them. After booking, you'll receive the Jungle Luxe guest concierge app, where each club's current terms, minimums, and character are set out in detail. Beach day reservations are placed directly in the app the day before — one tap, no back-and-forth — so your morning opens with a confirmed name on the list.
A note on how Tulum works. Most clubs here operate on a minimum consumption: a set food-and-drink spend that stands in for entry. It's standard here, and amounts vary by club. Through October, many waive or ease minimums entirely; in high season, they firm up. The app maps it out ahead of time, so there's nothing to negotiate on the sand. Outside food and drink aren't permitted — everything comes from the club's kitchen.
For a free option, there are public beach access points and a small handful of Tulum hotels keep public beach access open. We'll point you to the ones worth the trip for your week, with honest notes on chair availability and crowds.
