It was right opposite a supermarket, which was very handy, there was free parking, which is generally not available in the hotels closer to the « intra murs » section of the city, and it was a good walk into the historic centre. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful.

The hotel had a really nice feel. Friendly staff. The receptionist recognised us from 3 or 4 years ago. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Really good breakfast too. The spa facilities are also amazing.

Functional, but not what we were expecting, compared to hotel in vannes.

Had the feel of a commercial hotel, seemed to be lot of one nighters, Brits spending the night there in readiness for catching the morning ferry back to UK. Definitely not a deluxe hotel, no lounge, no restaurant, they had 24/24 “ping” meals. Quite a way from restaurants, although mcDonalds 4 min walk away.

Location, friendliness of staff, facilities, room quality, cleanliness plus the pool,spa cetc were an unexpected added bonus and the cost was a very reasonable price giving extremely good value for money.

The breakfast was ok, but the hot food was not hot and the price of €15.50 (x 2 people) was expensive for the quality. Check in staff member said price is €13 but morning staff charged €15.50. This is the only negative but the overall stay was excellent and I will most definitely stay again when in the area.

It was a lovely hotel, with excellent facilities. I was travelling with my elderly mother and the facilities for disabled people were excellent, lifts close to the bedrooms. Good floors with no slip hazards. Very good. Location close to ferry terminal and easy to find.

The room was not clean!! The manager was not interested to help us with this, not even giving a discount or anything. For 160 Euro a night I expect at least a clean room and a friendly manager!

We only stayed one night (arriving late in the evening) - I liked the bathroom and the variety of products offered at the breakfast. Private parking is a plus. No time for a swim..

We were impressed with the staff and the hotel itself which was modern and well equipped.

Parking: Free and plenty of space. Food: Evening meal menu seemed to be locally produced "homemade" food with a reasonable choice. WE can recommends the pizzas. The morning Continental breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, including hot porridge and the ability to boil your own eggs. Front desk staff: the two ladies on duty were friendly and efficient with a very nice welcome when we arrived. they also served at the bar and served the food. They gave a very good first impression.

€15 per head for breakfast seemed a bit expensive but everything was fresh and there was lots of choice lots of choice. We appeared to pay the full tariff for room and breakfast with no discount for using Booking.com

Although well designed, the location of the toilet was not entirely convenient for older, less mobile people. There were no drinking vessels (cups, glasses, mugs) in the room.

A nice hotel that's very good value for money with great staff and facilities.

There is an Intermarche 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and informative. There is a bus stop 3 minutes' walk away which takes you all the way to Saint Malo old town (Take the number 2 bus, you will need to buy a reusable top-up card which you can purchase on the bus). Perfect location for events across the road at La Nouvelle Vague too.
