Cozy, child friendly, clean and well equipped! Definitely recommend!

Perfect home away from home. Serena and Sacha had a bottle of prosecco & baby fruit packet to welcome us to their place! It is such a clean place and you can see the care and effort put into making sure you feel at home! Baby cot and baby tub and diaper bin was provided - all you could need for a baby. Having a young child we could even make use of the washing machine!! There is also a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. There was very good coffee and a moka pot provided which we all enjoyed! Serena went over and above to borrow a cooler bag for us which we forgot to bring - really appreciate this! They were also always available to answer our questions. We were 4 adults and a baby and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Serena and Sacha!

A place to stay and feel at home

The arival was easy with a dedicated parking location close to the apartent which is a great bonus. Serena the host waited for us and gave us full description of the house and its facilities. Ther's everthing you need to feel at home including central heating, full kitchen accessories and wash machine. Serena with her warm hospitality always kept asking if we need any assitance and helped us to acquire train tickets. We will sure come back again in the near future. The location of the apartment is very close to endless mountain trails in the area. You can hike weeks in the marvelous Centuvalli area. It is also very close to Locarno and Ascona, 10-15 minutes drive.

A BEST STAY EVER.

Serena (the host) provide the best ever support and hospitality. She and her family is really friendly. Stay at their premise is like staying in your own home. The property is better than hotels, it was clean, luxury, modern and beautiful. She even pick us from the train station, and drop us again after our check out. Moving with 5 big luggage feel nothing with this type of help. Thank you Serena and family

fantastic stay at a great place with lovely owners

It’s light and spacious, everything was clean and modern. the owners have created a haven for travelers and especially we as a family appreciated all the little child-friendly details (toys, books, things to draw with, high chair, stool for the bathroom). Communication with the owners was very friendly, check-in and check-out times were very flexible. They even left us some fizzy and a cake with little candles for our son’s birthday. we couldn’t have picked a better location, thank you for everything.

Excellent apartment at a great price

We had a great stay at this apartment. Sascha and Serena are very friendly people it was so nice to meet them. The apartment is beautiful and very clean, and in a nice quiet location not far from Ascona. We felt very welcome there and will be booking this apartment again for our next visit. We had looked at other apartments in the area that were much smaller, and not so well set up with large beds and modern facilities as this one, but cost a lot more to rent. So, for value for money, location, cleanliness, and friendliness, we highly recommend this apartment. Thankyou Sascha and Serena, we will see you again soon.

Tolle und sehr saubere Wohnung mit sehr freundlicher Gastgeberin

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr netter Empfang. Wir haben sogar selbstgemachte Marmelade und Sekt bekommen. Außerdem hat sie uns auch alles erklärt und sämtliche Fragen beantwortet, obwohl sie selbst Gäste im Haus hatte.

Das einzige, was eventuell zu bemängeln wäre, dass es keine Klimaanlage gab. Als wir dort waren, war es sehr heiß und in den Schlafzimmern wurde es dann schon etwas ungemütlich (Ventilatoren sind aber vorhanden). Sonst wirklich alles wunderbar, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Heerlijk groot bed. Het appartement is ruim en schoon en ligt vlak bij het station. Er zijn veel mooie wandelroutes in de buurt.

Eine sehr liebe Familie die uns herzlich aufgenommen hat.

Eine Wohnung in der alles vorhanden war. Sogar ein Bluetooth-Lautsprecher war einsatzbereit. Das WLAN läuft hervorragend, sodass wir am Abend noch super Musik hören konnten.

sehr passendes Quartier in wunderschönem ruhigen Ort sehr nah bei Locarno.

Freundlichkeit der VermieterIn, die Tipps für Spaziergang in der Umgebung gegeben hat, kaltgestellter Sekt zur Begrüßung!! und selbstgemachte Erdbeermarmelade, sehr ruhige Lage im wunderschönen Ort, viel Platz.

Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer wirkte etwas "ausgedient", Matratzen aber okay. Beleuchtung etwas schwierig zu durchschauen und z.B Leselampe im Sofabereich wäre schön.

Perfekte Wohnung für Familie mit Hund

Grosse Wohnung mit schönem, eingezäunten Gärtchen. Ruhige Wohnquartier-Lage, trotzdem in 10min mit dem Auto in Ascona. Perfekt für Familie mit Hund. Für Kinder super, Babybett und Rausfallschutz vorhanden. Auch sehr viele Spielsachen. Küche mit Nespressomaschine. Kapseln wären gratis vorhanden gewesen. Geschirrspültabs auch ausreichend. Zucker, Öl, Essig, Salz und Pfeffer auch alles schon vor Ort. Viel Platz im Wohnzimmer zum Spielen. Die Gastgeber lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit frischen heissen Marroni, Sekt, selbstgemachter Konfitüre, Quetschies für die Kids und Kekse für den Hund begrüsst. Für uns hat alles perfekt gepasst.
