About this house rental
The house can be used for holidays in summer and winter, as it has modern insulating glass windows, underfloor heating in 2 rooms, an open fireplace in the living room and electric heating in the bedrooms. A room in the basement, also with a fantastic view, has a sep. Bathroom with toilet and shower. It has a separate entrance. The kitchen is modern with a particularly large oven at eye level, ceramic hobs, dishwasher and washing machine with integrated dryer. The rooms are all tastefully and individually decorated. You feel very quickly 'at home' and not like in a strange holiday home. Towels and bed linen are sufficiently available. Telephone, television, DVD player and internet are available. The garden has 2 levels, is terraced and wonderfully designed with old dry stone walls and stone stairs. In addition to the large terrace, there is also a stone table and a stone bench under a vine arbor on the upper garden level with a wonderful view of the lake.
It is a 10-minute drive to Cannobio, so you can shop very cheaply and the strong Swiss franc doesn't bother you.

Das Feriendomizil liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Fernab vom Rummel den man manchmal in Brissago und an den anderen Hotspots antrifft, lässt es sich dort gut abschalten und man kann die Ruhe und die tolle Aussicht geniessen. Es ist von Vorteil, dass man die Einkäufe gut plant, denn die fast 140 Treppenstufen möchte man nicht unbedingt mehrmals am Tag machen:-) Gerne wären wir länger geblieben, aber leider war der Urlaub zu Ende...
