Comfy and central

Our stay was amazing, centrally located, very comfortable bed and amazing shower. Communal kitchen the owner left some biscuits tea and coffee and bottled water. We were given recommendations and map links. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay in a great location. Beautiful town

Great location in the old town. Very clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was nice at a local bar. Fantastic communication with host. Great value.

Room was a little small, but there is a sitting area downstairs with some chairs for reading and relaxing. They have some sweets(biscotti and candy) in the sitting room that is a nice touch as well.

Great location in a lovely old town apartment.

The apartment was very well situated and Matteo was a great host who met us at the parking and took us to the accomodation. He gifted us a lovely bottle of wine and was available for questions. A nice clean and comfortable room.

There are two flights of stairs but not a problem if you are able to get up with your luggage.

Cozy property in the heart of the old town

Very charming place, excellent shower, cozy rooms, in the heart of the old town. Very good breakfast served at a nearby restaurant. The property has two rooms and a common living room with a kitchen. I stayed in one room with my husband and his elderly parents stayed at the other room. There’s some stairs to access the rooms but they didn’t mind at all. We all had a good time. It’s prettier than the pictures. We highly recommend this place!

So happy we found this little gem!

Pitigliano was the highlight of our trip to Italy! I’ve only seen places like this in the movies. The town was so quaint and unique. Locals were very welcoming to us as they are not inundated with tourists to the degree of other more common destinations. They even showed me patience as I poorly attempted Italian, lol. The actual apartment was right in the center of the old town. Matteo (host) was very sweet and accommodating (we booked last minute). He stopped by upon arrival and kept checking in by text to make sure we were comfortable. He also provided breakfast vouchers at an adorable coffee shop nearby. The cleaning staff were all smiles. We were given a private room and then there is a shared living room with a kitchenette and balcony (there are only 2 rooms total and we were the only guests, so we had the place to ourselves). Just know that it’s only one bed, so more appropriate for a couple or a single.

This has nothing to do with the accommodations, but be aware that you can’t drive up to the room, since cars are not allowed in the old town. You have to park about 5 minutes outside and then walk your stuff in. Wasn’t a problem for us, but if you have a ton of stuff, it could be difficult.

Wonderful stay in Pitigliano

We had wonderful time in the Etrusco Home & Relax. Pitigliano is a beautiful little city and Matteo and Guilia were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, comfortable and the little balcony is great for the hot midday. Should we ever visit Pitigliano again we would definitely want to stay here again.

I’d like to thanks for the host Matteo. He is a very careful and considerate guy. The property located in the centre of the ancient town, you can walk to any attractions within 3 minutes. The room is absolutely clean and classic. Strongly recommend for visitors to live here.

Probably the best sleep we’ve ever had on the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on, we wanted to take the mattress with us the next day. Matteo was truly wonderful from check in until we left the village.

Bella stanza nel pieno centro storico

La stanza è nel pieno centro storico, arredata con cura e confortevole. Letto comodo e bagno con doccia grande. Il parcheggio è a pagamento e a qualche minuto a piedi dalla struttura. L'host è gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione giusta in un bar nella piazza centrale.

La stanza è non molto grande, ma soprattutto non è ben insonorizzata, quindi si sentono voci e rumori provenienti nella stanza adiacente. Questo non garantisce molta privacy.

Soggiorno piacrvole

La posizione e' proprio nel cuore del paese, a un passo da tutto. La struttura e' molto carina: la nostra stanza era comoda e sempre ben pulita. C'e' uno spazio comune che funge da cucina e sala. La colazione si fa in 2 bar vicini.

La camera sotto tetto e' particolarmente calda. C'e' il condizionatore ma a me secca moltissimo le mucose lasciandomi sempre con mal di gola e una tossetta fastidiosa.

Un incanto

Una sera nel cuore di Pitigliano .b&b molto molto carino .divertente la "caccia al tesoro" per quanto riguarda l'entrata ..codici chiavi cancelleto (sono stata un po impacciata lo ammetto😊). Camminare pero su quelle scale grezze a piedi nudi e stato un vero antistress. prendere il tè nel salottino a nostra disposizione e dormire in un letto con materasso e cuscini comodissimi ci ha veramente rilassati. Grazie mille al proprietario per la sua disponibilità.

La posizione, è la cosa migliore. Si trova in mezzo al centro storico del paese, veramente incantevole. La colazione al bar, una bellissima idea. Molto apprezzata.

La stanza era molto piccola, un po troppo buia e umida, la ventola del bagno non era abbastanza a togliere il vapore della doccia e quindi rimaneva dentro. Ho aprezzato che ci habbiano cambiato gli asciugamani già che rimanevano bagnati.
