I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless and very comfortable. Everything looked exactly like the photos—actually, even better in person. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was cozy, and the living space had a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to restaurants and all the main attractions, which made it very easy to get around. Check-in was smooth and completely stress-free. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

A warm and cosy stay with a beautiful view and great value for money. When we arrived on a cold winter’s evening the fire was all ready for us. We were also very happy to have a wonderful included simple Italian breakfast nearby. Great communication with helpful tips and quick responses. Everything was clean and comfortable, also the bedroom could get quite dark which was appreciated for a good nights sleep.

Nothing to do with the property but the outside stairs were slippery from the rain. There were actually less stairs up from the parking area than I was expecting as Pitigliano is set up high. I have mobility issues and managed okay with just my backpack. Inside the property the bedroom is down a small spiral staircase which I could see in the pictures, I left my bag upstairs which was easiest. There would be a potential to use the balcony/patio area to access the lower level.

Charming one of our kind experience

This has to be one of the coolest places we've ever stayed, originally built around 1700 and built into the side of a walled City. A little challenging to get to but centrally located to everything. Incredible View on the patio

Awesome authentic place. Clean. At the end of town. Really enjoyed the place. Excellent. would recommend.

Spiral Staircase to lower level might be tricky for some. As are the stairs getting up to the place from parked cars. Place smelled a little damp when entering. Opened a window and was fine when I came back. Small issue.

Traditional apartment, well located with nice view of nature.

The location was really convenient since the apartment is 5-7mins far from the popular streets of Pitigliano. Traditional place with view of the nature. The communication with the host was very clear (via whatsapp). The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Info was given by the host for a free parking area 2 mins far from the apartment (to reach the place you need to use some stairs). Typical Italian breakfast was included in the price in a central pastry shop 10’ far walking from the apartment (brioche and coffee).

No availability of shampoo and shower gel.

The cafe serving breakfast was closed two of the days we were there. The breakfast was typical for Italy, i.e. coffee and a croissant.

Well-furnished and well-equipped apartment in old town with parking space closeby

The location was great, right in the old town. Parking space was available on a dirt road surrounding the city, from which the apartment could be easily reached via stairs. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished with attention to detail. There was all in the kitchen that we needed in order to cook simple meals ourselves (but there are also a lot of restaurants available closeby). The host is very friendly, answering any requests quickly. He provided extensive explanations including pictures on where to park the car and a video on how to retrieve the key. He also provided restaurant recommendations, water bottles and apples. For breakfast, we obtained coupons for a nearby cafe entitling us to coffee and pastry. (Just a small note: the appartment is not handicapped accessible, since it contains steep stairs. For us, this was not a problem.)

A little bit of space in the closet would have been nice to unpack the clothes from the luggage, but this is really complaining on a very high level.

Old-fashioned ONE-room apartment much too expensive.

- It is said to be a two bedroom apartment but there was only one bedroom downstairs. - breakfast is non-existing. Just some crackers and one prepacked croissant is not a breakfast. There were 2 apples for 5 people. No water kettle to boil water. Way to expensive for an option without breakfast - difficult to access with heavy luggage. - sofa-bed is very uncomfortable and not really suitable for 2. - bed for fifth person is very very short, probably only 160cm. I would definitely never recommend this place to someone

Torneró sicuramente

Appartamento meraviglioso su due piani arroccato su Pitigliano nella parte antica con una vista stupenda sulla valle, dotato di ogni confort e molto pulito. L’host gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni info.

Perfecto

La ubicación perfecta, en la parte vieja del pueblo, la casa muy cómoda, tal como se observa en la publicación, en la parte de arriba está la entrada con la cocina, el baño y un sofá cama. En la parte de abajo, el dormitorio con una pequeña terraza. La escalera es algo estrecha. Tanto la cama como el sofá cama son cómodas. Se puede aparcar justo debajo de la casa, solamente hay que subir unas escaleras. Las vistas espectaculares . En las fotos se observa las vistas y la casa desde el aparcamiento

Posizione dell'appartamento a pochi passi dal centro ma lontano dal caos. Struttura accogliente. Bagno grande e doccia spaziosa. Piano a induzione (no bombola gas). Lucernario nei due ambienti del piano superiore. Letto comodo.

Assenza di pentole da induzione (ad eccezione della caffettiera, ma presente adattatore per pentole non-induzione). Colazione limitata.

Posizione privilegiata sulla scalinata di accesso alla deliziosa Pitigliano. Appartamento confortevole e tutto sommato ampio. Meraviglioso il piccolo terrazzo che consente una vista privilegiata sulla via delle Cave e sul polmone verde intorno al quale si accede dall'enorme camera da letto.

Dato il caldo umido e la mancanza di aria condizionata al piano superiore si patisce un pò il caldo. Il piano inferiore invece è più fresco e si raggiunge con una scala a chiocciola non agevolissima. Consiglierei di cambiare il bar per la colazione. Più vicino ce ne sono di più belli e forniti

In kälteren Jahreszeiten oder mit einer größeren Gruppe würde ich definitiv von einem Aufenthalt abraten.

Leider entsprechen die professionellen Fotos der Unterkunft nicht der Realität. Ich habe eigene Bilder beigefügt, damit sich andere Reisende ein realistisches Bild machen können. Das größte Problem war die Temperatur: Es war extrem kalt. Die Heizung schaltete sich ständig aus, und die Raumtemperatur sank auf 16°C. Besonders unangenehm war dies im Badezimmer – unter der Dusche fühlte es sich an, als hätte es nur 10°C. Außerdem war die Unterkunft für unsere Gruppe von fünf Personen nicht gut geeignet. Es gab nur einen einzigen Toilettenraum, was bei voller Belegung sehr unpraktisch war. Besonders störend: Das obere Bett befindet sich direkt am Eingang zum Badezimmer, was weder komfortabel noch durchdacht ist. Vielleicht ist die Unterkunft im Sommer, wenn es draußen sehr heiß ist, und für zwei bis drei Personen eine akzeptable Option. Aber in kälteren Jahreszeiten oder mit einer größeren Gruppe würde ich definitiv von einem Aufenthalt abraten.

L'appartamento è bello, ben ristrutturato, perfettamente pulito. Posizione nel centro storico di Pitigliano

Il gestore (o proprietario). Formalmente inattacabile, ha mostrato assoluta indifferenza per dei problemi personali avuti, culminati nel rifiuto anche di indicare un posto dove poter lasciare prima dell'orario del check-in i bagagli (anche se avrebbe potuto tranquillamente farlo: verificato personalmente). Seppur contattato direttamente per via telefonica, ha privilegiato una fredda comunicazione istituzionale online, culminata con l'obbligatorietà di inviare le indicazioni esclusivamente via Whatsapp nonostante, conoscendo molto bene il borgo e non avendo la popolare app di messaggistica, avessi chiesto di averle a voce. Il tutto condito con solo messaggi pre-preparati. Che il signore in questione sia un perfetto efficiente manager lo avvallano anche due particolari. 1) nella descrizione dell'appartamento (sicuramente bello) viene trascurato il fatto che sia dislocato su due piani comunicanti con una stretta scala a chiocciola, particolare che a chi ha problemi motori o bambini piccoli può magari interessare. 2) sempre nella descrizione si evidenzia la possibilità di parcheggiare "senza essere costretti ad attraversare l'intero borgo". Intero borgo che invece va attraversato per consumare la colazione compresa nel prezzo, cosa che ovviamente il cliente scopre al momento.
