Very helpful staff. Julia was there to welcome us even though we arrived late. Pitigliano is a cute little medieval town and the house was near to eateries and shops. It has all the basic facilities including a washing machine which was necessary for us. A good base to visit surrounding areas especially the Terme di Saturnia which was absolutely stunning and so fun.
Walk with luggage as car could not enter the ZTL plus 2 flight of stairs to carry the luggage. If we knew in advance we would have left the big suitcases in the car and carry only essentials for our short stay of 2 nights. We had a power cut at night but Julia was quick to respond and told us how to fix the issue.
