The holiday home is in a fantastic location, with private parking which is a real bonus in Port Isaac. The interior is comfortable, and well presented, and the kitchen is modern, spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

The outside area was disappointing. Before we arrived, we specifically requested that the garden be cleaned after reading previous reviews, and we were told this had been accepted. Unfortunately, it was still dirty. The BBQ area was filthy, the BBQ had not been cleaned, and there was a strong smell from seagull droppings, so we were unable to use the garden. The windows were also covered in seagull mess. We appreciate that the seagulls themselves and the noise they make, particularly at night, are outside the owner’s control, but the cleanliness of the outdoor areas could definitely be improved. Some furniture are worn out and property could do with up keeping, sofa was dirty too.
