We had booked into a restaurant opposite the property. With restricted mobility the location was perfect. Parking a bonus.

The bed in the principal bedroom was small for us-we are used to a king size.

Lovely location and great stay

Location was absolutely perfect, everything was very clean and we had an absolutely great time.

Upstairs was very noisy. Particularly the first guests who were running and jumping at all hours waking us up. 2nd guests were respectful so could just hear general noise of them walking around. Didn’t have any additional bin bags, washing up sponges or cloths which we had to go out and buy.

Pleasant and relaxing

Good location, close to the beach, the village centre and restaurants and pubs.

It was very hot and being at ground floor we couldn’t leave the windows open during night.

Book the upstairs unit. Lobber has no insulation from above and is unbearably noisy.

The space is good, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms all a nice size and it has parking. The host was very friendly via communication.

Incredibly noisy, the double bedroom was right on the street and surrounded by parking, which is noisy. However the noise from the unit above was like listening to elephants stampede above us. The 1st 2 nights we had an older couple who were simply walking from one room to another and it was noisy, we could hear him snore throughout both nights but we didn’t mind. The 2nd set of guests had 2 noisy children jumping, running and banging so loudly in the flat above we could barely have a conversation. It made the stay extremely unpleasant. Also the guest bedroom towels seemed not to be washed.

A lovely stay in Port Isaac.

We had a lovely stay here. The house was comfortable, clean and in such a good location. Just a one minute walk to the coast path and only a few minutes to the harbour. Being able to see the sea from some of the windows was a real bonus too. The owners had made an effort with the furnishings/ pictures/ ornaments etc which added to the homely feel and my daughter and husband enjoyed doing the Port Isaac jigsaw. The double bed was so comfortable! The shower was really powerful. There was a little Coop round the corner which was really useful.

Convenient, Clean & Close to the Doc!

Fantastic location with just a five minute walk into the main village of Port Isaac. It is extremely important to have somewhere to park a car and this accommodation gives you that convenience. This is a apartment so you get two separate bedrooms. It is clean and very Comfortable.

Excellent location with lovely sea views and a short walk to the village centre. Local co-op a short walk away. Clear instructions from the host who responded promptly to messages and also sent some lovely messages wishing us a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and overall it was a very comfortable place to stay. Thank you for the biscuits!

We could hear the moving around of the occupants of the holiday apartment above but it was a minor thing. Maybe they were heavy footed.

Self catering. Constant instant hot water but too hot...scalding. perhaps boiler setting could be lowered a little.Really comfy and clean and spacious. Parking a bonus. Bed was comfy. Linen spotless.

Water too hot. Settee a bit uncomfortable and awkward to look up to tv but we don't watch TV much anyway.

Great location, could do with a spruce up!

The location is great. It has everything you could need. Beds comfortable and shower very good.

The furniture was a bit shabby and stained. Even the cushion covers were grubby, simple to clean up. The sofas are sunken and uncomfortable. The hot water is scalding! Parking when there are other guests is difficult for larger cars.

Enjoyed our stay

Exceptionally clean, well decorated and well equipped. Great shower attached to the bath. Good location, easy walk into Port Isaac downhill. Parking onsite.

Musty, damp smell in the entrance hall. Disappointed with the "sea view", being downstairs accommodation, the immediate sea view was between to tall buildings and over a single story roof, you could see the sea but not what I would class as a sea view. Parking was a little difficult, not impossible but with two full size cars it was cramped, would have been fine with two mini's. Although close to the town walking back is uphill and would possibly present a challenge to anyone with mobility problems.

Clean, great location with on site parking (a bonus in Port Isaac). Everything you would need for a self catering holiday, Great shower too.

We thought it was perfect. The decor was really sympathetic to the area with so lovely unique touches. It was perfectly positioned for walking access to the bays.
