A lovely place for a family.

This is a comfortable well equipped house in an excellent location. It looks over the village into the bay and up the coast to Tintagel and beyond. As the main window is north facing it should not get too hot in summer. There is a good size grass paddock.

Apart from the en suite there is only one bathroom for the other 3 rooms plus a toilet in the laundry room.

Beautiful balcony overlooking Port Issac,HAD A but only two well worn chairs,disappointing when the property is to accommodate 8 persons.Lacking outdoor furniture.
