The apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and warm.
Plenty of hot water and a good shower. The Internet connection was excellent.
It was located at the top of the village so close to the restaurants in Port Isaac as well as the lovely pub and pebble beach in Port Gaverne. Be prepared for the uphill climb back.
There was great communication with the owner.
Unfortunately, the bathroom towel rail wasn't working, which we have reported, so hopefully it will be fixed soon. We were able to dry towels in the bedroom so that wasn't too much of a problem but it did mean the bathroom was very cold compared to the rest of the apartment.

Great location with an all important parking space. Very comfortable apartment with nice little touches such as tea/coffee, toiletries. All topped off with a good sea view!

This house was close and within walking distance to the village and all things. There were some shops and restaurants right across the street. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/flatware, plenty of dish soap, etc., was provided.
There was one wonky light in the living room that could be replaced with a lamp with softer lighting.

The flat is very light, clean and spacious and the sea views are a bonus.
I was disappointed with the exterior of the building - it's charmless and a little shabby. Inside is a different matter – it's very comfortable, light and well decorated. I would suggest painting the exterior and adding, say, some planters or similar.

The location is excellent, just opposite the coast where we could enjoy relaxing walks with a beautiful view. There are several local restaurants around, which made dining very convenient during our stay. The house itself is decorated in a lovely beach theme that creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It is fully furnished with everything we needed.
The parking area is neatly arranged, though a bit tricky to navigate, which is understandable given the busy location and narrow street. We stayed upstairs with the kids, but because the steps and floorboards made noise for the people living downstairs, our children had to walk very quietly, which made the stay less comfortable for them. We also felt we couldn’t really talk or have fun, as we were trying to keep the place as quiet as possible. the Wi-Fi was not strong and often broken, so we couldn’t use it during our stay.

Good location and parking. Everything you’d expect there to be - and a few things you didn’t. :)
Could do with a few more shelves, limited storage. Bit tired and in need of TLC in the bathroom.

Very clean and comfortable and excellent location, parking was great too. We explored all around the area but Port Isaac was delightful - we are Doc Martin fans too!

good location and car parking avaiable. Host was responsive. Beds were comfortable.
The property needs updating. Tired furniture. No fan and there is little ventilation as the windows only lock open a little way. No way to open window in main bedroom as skylight. The greatest issue was the musty smell masked by strong plugged in air freshner. I had to turn off as it triggers headache.

Beautiful presentation and well equipped kitchen. Great shower. Parking was available.
A little on the high side price wise for the season and location.

Great location, sea views, and just an 8 minute walk down to The Slipway in Port Isaac. I was a little concerned initially as the property is on a road, but turns out, the time of year I stayed (June), the road was not busy at all.
The property was very clean, and all amenities provided. The only very slight downside, was that the double quilt was so so thick, that it was exceptionally hot at night, but then for the following nights I borrowed one of the single quilts from the second bedroom which was much better (I was staying alone so the quilt was going spare).
The property comes with a much needed parking space, and is upstairs to another rental (you have the sea views upstairs 😊).
Thoroughly recommend 😊.

The location was as described; easy walk to everything.
The airer provided was broken.
There were no pegs provided.
We did not appreciate getting wet through the Velux window when it rained during the night even though we only had it open enough for ventilation.
There was a long thick spider's web hanging from one end of the Velux window over the bed.
THE BATHROOM DOOR LOCK IS BROKEN WHICH IS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE ESP. WHEN SHARING WITH A MIXED GROUP OF FRIENDS. This should have been sorted before guests arrived.

The three of us had a lovely stay in this first floor maisonette, with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the lounge and the twin bedroom windows. It is conveniently located for scenic walks around the harbour, the numerous cafes, restaurants and gift shops, all within a ten minute walk. There was plenty of space to park our campervan directly outside the accommodation in the marked bay, and it was very peaceful outside in the evenings, even with two restaurants across the road from our windows.
The kitchen was well equipped if I wanted to cook and prepare food, but I was on holiday, so we ate out for our lunches and evening meals in the delightful nearby cafes and restaurants. The interior was contemporary, and very comfortable.
It was a generous touch having a quality packet of local biscuits left for us on arrival, with tea bags in a caddy on the counter, and some B&B type, little UHT milk portions left in the fridge. There was also a supply of cleaning products in the kitchen, assorted soap in the bathroom, and two toilet rolls left for our weekend stay. However, I brought our own products to use, but it was a very kind gesture by the owner, should you forget your own in this self catering accommodation.
There were clear instructions and important information in the welcome pack, and I had no problems with following the departure procedure of; stripping the beds, removing the rubbish and recycling, and putting used towels and linen in the laundry basket in the bathroom. It used up a few minutes of my time, in exchange for a later check out of 12 noon if I wished to leave then.
Helen the host was very helpful and communications were very good. I would thoroughly recommend this holiday property and look forward to booking it again in the future.

Location was excellent. Lovely views along the coast and easy to either walk into Port Issac or drive out to other nearby towns/villages.
Nothing we didn't like but if I was being picky there maybe needs some clarification about what to do with glass bottles for recycling.

Host was very helpful. The place was beautifully appointed and the kitchen well equipped. The only issue was not being able to use the oven and the manual wasn’t in the folder with the others. It wasn’t worth troubling the host about. We did have a sea view which was great. The stairs were a bit of a challenge with our big cases but we managed. It was only a short walk up to the Co-op for fresh food.

The location is amazing with great access to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne and the coastal path. Views of the sea are lovely. The flat has everything you need. Easy parking for a small car.
If you like Nathan Outlaw, his restaurant is right opposite.
All good.

Bay House Lundy was absolutely fantastic. Helen is a wonderful host who made us feel so very welcome. We loved the shortbread biscuits.
The property is beautifully furnished with super comfortable beds, a great little kitchen, fabulous location. A short walk to the magical harbour and lovely cafes, supermarket, pub and restaurant.
Parking out front was great and fantastic to have a washing machine.
This was one of our favourite Cornwall stops and a special thank you to Helen for her outstanding hospitality.
