The view is spectacular and a joy to wake up to.
The location is brilliant: a short and pretty walk into the centre of the lovely Port Isaac, and also situated within easy reach of the local shops,.grocers, cafe and restaurants up on the hill.

Finally a great base for our trips beyond Port Isaac, such as the South West Coast Path, Polzeath, Rock, Tintagel...
The upstairs balcony door refused to lock despite all our efforts!

Really well equipped and clean. We loved sitting out on the balcony for our morning coffee and enjoying the views. It is great to have a dedicated parking space as well as some guest spaces. Overall it was the perfect place for us to stay.
