Location was perfect, apartment was very spacious, very clean
There was a construction site next door which started 6.30 am during week

Facilities and location were great
Very rude staff when checking in on the phone, after a stressful flight, they waited until a few hours before our arrival to make contact asking for more of our details, our trip was booked 6months in advance and they waited until the day of travel to make contact and our phones internet hadn't changed over from NZ for we could receive calls but not emails then the staff accused me of lying it was a horrendous experience when we had just landed in a new country not knowing where to go or how we were going to get checked in. I hope they learn from our crappy experience and don't stress other families out. We had a lovely holiday it was a shame this experience was a crap one as it was the only bad time we had in Australia.
