The Location was great, the facilities were awesome

The accommodation and facilities were fabulous!
The communication across different platforms was painful and frustrating at best. Too many emails, messages, links and then calling me for the information I had already sent.

The pool was cool. The location was great.
The pillows and the beds weren’t comfortable and only had a sheet and very thin blanket polar fleece type pull over blanket in the winter. There is a hole in the wall of the main bedroom, there weren’t enough towels and no beach towels at all to take to the pool or beach.
