The property was ok, key was very confusing to pick up, and I think someone to meet you at the property at checkin would work a lot better.
Andrea locked herself out of the property, the person on reception was very unhelpful and said that she needed to go back through the booking agent, who never asnwered the phone, We eventually had to get someone to drive to the office as there was no contact via the website or over the phone, very poor customer service.

The property has an amazing heated to 32C and non heated pool and a cave like spa which was a hit. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. Location is close to the beach and/or Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and the tram/light rail if desired.
The games room at the resort has closed with COVID and not reopening unfortunately It is about a 15 minute walk to the main drag of Broadbeach shops and restaurants which isn't far but some with younger children may think so. Far too many communications from the property manager - apparently a booking.com platform issue but it became frustrating and intrusive on a relaxing holiday.
